Jamie is originally from Edinburgh, Scotland where he studied Brewing and Distilling at Heriot Watt and became a Watt Club Medal winner. Since then he’s worked in breweries far and wide, including Von Trapp (Vermont), Heather Ale (Scotland), Little Creatures (Australia) and Green Man (New Zealand), and has now settled in Massachusetts working for Murphy and Son Inc bringing brewing aids to North America .
